The retrieve items from purchase job order procedure enables the user to partially execute the purchase job order. It is possible to propose all not executed, not partially executed and partially executed job orders.

RIBBON BAR: the ribbon bar represents the Form menu, that is the area in which it is possible to perform actions. The possible features list is the following: 

General
FunctionMeaning
Search OrdersIt searches the not executed and not forced executed job orders.
Block Job OrderIt blocks the job order for the execution.
Unblock Job OrderIt unblocks the job order for the execution.
Transfer ItemsIt transfers the selected job order lines on order.
UpIt goes up a level in list.
DownIt goes down one level in list.
Forced Execution of Job OrderIt enables the user to forced executed the job order during the transfer to order.
View Job OrderIt opens the job order with visualization mode.
View Job Order StatusIt opens the visualization of execution status of the selected job order.
LegendAfter having specified the requested delivery date and/or the estimated delivery date in order header, it is possible to substitute those dates in item lines that have been already inserted.
Find Object in ListAfter having specified the requested delivery date and/or the estimated delivery date in order header, it is possible to substitute those dates in item lines that have been already inserted.
View/Hide Object ParentView/Hide the selected object parent.
View/Hide Job Order PanelView/Hide the job order panel.
Select AllIt selects all objects in list panel.
Delete Register SettingsButton to delete the register settings.
